Free meal plans
LiveLighter has a range of free meal plans available for eligible clients.
The 12-week meal plan is highly prescriptive and would suit a very motivated client. Please note that users with a BMI>40 will be asked to visit their GP before this plan is activated.
The 3-2-1 meal plan is more flexible. Users have a choice of meals, and this plan suits people with special dietary requirements. There's also a shopping list generator to help stay organised.
Our Family Meal Plans are a printable PDF with dinner recipes for a week (serves 4).
