Healthy Quick Apricot Lassi Recipe
- 2 cups canned apricots in natural juice, with juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup low-fat yoghurt, natural or vanilla
- 6 ice cubes
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until foamy.
- Serve immediately.
