Morning or afternoon teas are a staple at the office – birthdays, farewells or just any old catch up.
Sure, these get-togethers provide a wonderful mix of great company, tasty snacks and tea, but it’s very easy to accidentally have nothing but cake and muffins for lunch. Fortunately there are healthier ways to enjoy morning or afternoon tea!

Enjoy our tasty date and muesli slice.
Packed with fruit and wholegrains – this one is perfect with a reviving cup of tea or coffee.

Prep a few ‘help yourself’ snack bowls:
Keep it simple with a fresh, colourful bowl of fruit salad. Let the natural sweetness of our nectarine and berry do its thing – it will keep the whole group happy
Give classic popcorn a makeover with the following variations:
- Toss warm popcorn with a little cumin, chilli and coriander or your favourite curry powder
- Toss in a little sriracha just before serving up
- Sprinkle parmesan, garlic powder and shredded basil over fresh popcorn for a cheesy herb punch.
Ditch the soft drinks and juices – these waters are far fancier
… and healthier!
- Sliced citrus water
- Strawberry and mint sparkling water
- Blueberry, pineapple and sage water
- Water with cucumber skewers
