After a brief stint as a mathematician Gael realised that she liked vegetables more than pi, and made the move to a career in nutrition and dietetics. Gael has worked as an Accredited Practising Dietitian at Cancer Council WA since February 2016. After two years with the Crunch&Sip program, Gael has now moved to the LiveLighter campaign. Here she develops resources, provides nutrition advice, and takes care of the meal and activity planner. Off the clock you can find Gael experimenting with new recipes, swinging from a trapeze, or searching for Perth’s best cafe breakfast.
