Monique D'Souza

Monique has a Master of Public Health, with a specialisation in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Melbourne. Her interest is in applying statistical methods to analyse population health trends via longitudinal studies. She is passionate about evidence-based practice to improve health equity in Australia. Monique is the LiveLighter Policy and Research Coordinator at Cancer Council WA, where she coordinates the evaluation of LiveLighter and other related research projects.

    There’s great news for those of us who don’t like the gym or struggle to find the time for scheduled exercise. Just four to five minutes of vigorous movement a day, in one-to-two-minute intervals, can massively benefit our health and lead to a longer life.
