  • 1 wholemeal or wholegrain wrap
  • 2 tsp basil pesto
  • 90 g cooked or BBQ chicken breast
  • 1/4 medium Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/4 medium red capsicum, thinly sliced


  1. Spread pesto down the centre of the wrap
  2. layer ingredients and roll up

Healthy tip!

Try mustard instead of mayonnaise to add extra flavour to your salads and sandwiches.
