Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat natural or Greek yoghurt
  • 50 g reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups mint leaves

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium-size bowl and blend together using a bar mix.
