Strawberry and mint sparkling water
- 1/2 250g punnet strawberries
- 20 mint leaves
- 1 1/4 L Still or sparkling water, chilled
- 1 tray ice cubes
- Wash strawberries and mint leaves.
- Chop the top off the strawberries and cut in half.
- Pull mint leaves from stem.
- Place ice cubes, strawberries and mint leaves in the bottom of a clear jug.
(note: this can be done directly into glasses)
- Fill with chilled still or sparkling water.
