Strawberry and mint sparkling water

  • 1/2 250g punnet strawberries
  • 20 mint leaves
  • 1 1/4 L Still or sparkling water, chilled
  • 1 tray ice cubes


  1. Wash strawberries and mint leaves.
  2. Chop the top off the strawberries and cut in half.
  3. Pull mint leaves from stem.
  4. Place ice cubes, strawberries and mint leaves in the bottom of a clear jug.
    (note: this can be done directly into glasses)
  5. Fill with chilled still or sparkling water.

Having a party? Serve vegie sticks and water crackers with salsa rather than high-fat chips and dips.
