Healthy Basic Garden Salad Recipe
- 6 slices cucumber
- 1 cup lettuce leaves, shredded
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 small capsicum, thinly sliced
- 1/2 spring onions (including green tops), ends trimmed, chopped
Combine all ingredients and serve.
Variation: Add in any salad vegetables such as mushrooms, carrot and/or spinach.
Try mustard instead of mayonnaise to add extra flavour to your salads and sandwiches.
