Healthy Mango Lassi Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mango
- 140 g low-fat natural or Greek yoghurt
- 200 mL reduced-fat milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 pinches ground cardamom
Method
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or using a bar mix.
- Serve in a tall glass.
