Ingredients

  • 1 cup rockmelon, cut into 1cm cubes
  • 3 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 400 g low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 4 tbs toasted muesli

Method

  1. Layer fruit, yoghurt and muesli in 4 tall glasses.

Variation:

Substitute with fresh fruit in season. Try banana and strawberries, mango and pineapple or apricots and grapes.
