Quick Apricot Lassi

A popular Indian-style drink, full of fruity flavour and creamy yoghurt.


  • 2 cups canned apricots in natural juice, with juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup low-fat yoghurt, natural or vanilla
  • 6 ice cubes


  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until foamy.
  2. Serve immediately.
