Healthy Peach & Chia Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup canned peaches in natural juice, undrained
- 100 mL low-fat natural or Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat milk
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 3 ice cubes
Method
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or using a bar mix.
- Serve in a tall glass.

Love sweet coffee? Try reducing the amount of sugar you have a quarter of a teaspoon at a time to trick your taste buds!
