Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries, frozen
  • 100 mL low-fat natural or Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk
  • 2 tsp honey

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or using a bar mix.
  2. Serve in a tall glass.
