Healthy Coco Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned pineapple pieces in natural juice, undrained
- 1/2 cup banana, frozen
- 100 mL low-fat natural or Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup reduced-fat milk
- 1 tsp dessicated coconut
Method
- Blend all ingredients except coconut together in a blender or using a bar mix.
- Serve in a tall glass. Sprinkle coconut over the top.
Healthy tip!
Simple switch idea: try reduced-fat milk, cheese and yoghurt.
