Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned pineapple pieces in natural juice, undrained
  • 1/2 cup banana, frozen
  • 100 mL low-fat natural or Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup reduced-fat milk
  • 1 tsp dessicated coconut

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients except coconut together in a blender or using a bar mix.
  2. Serve in a tall glass. Sprinkle coconut over the top.

Healthy tip!

Simple switch idea: try reduced-fat milk, cheese and yoghurt.
