Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat milk
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or using a bar mix.
  2. Serve in a tall glass.
