Healthy Peach Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup canned peaches in natural juice, undrained
- 180 mL low-fat natural or Greek yoghurt
- 150 mL reduced-fat milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 ice cubes
Method
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or using a bar mix.
- Serve in a tall glass.

Simple switch idea: try reduced-fat milk, cheese and yoghurt.
