Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup canned peaches in natural juice, undrained
  • 180 mL low-fat natural or Greek yoghurt
  • 150 mL reduced-fat milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3 ice cubes

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or using a bar mix.
  2. Serve in a tall glass.

Simple switch idea: try reduced-fat milk, cheese and yoghurt.
