Healthy Melon & Kiwi Fruit Parfait Recipe
- 1 cup rockmelon, cut into 1cm cubes
- 3 kiwifruit, peeled and cut into chunks
- 400 g low-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 4 tbs toasted muesli
- Layer fruit, yoghurt and muesli in 4 tall glasses.
